On Sunday 11/08/20 at 0840 Station 14, Engine 14-1, Ladder 20, Tankers, 8, 2, 15 where dispatched to a working house fire with explosion at 183 Grininger Road in Old Lycoming Twp. Engine 14-1 and Chief 1-14 arrived on the scene and found a one story home with a basement completly involved in fire. Squad 14 laid 1000' of 5" hose from Grimesville road supplied by Tanker 14 at a dump site. Ladder 20 positioned on side A and a defensive operation was used. Additional tankers where dispatched from stations 20, 7, 3, 23 and an Engine from 5 to the fill site. Fire was brought under control by 1000, with exstensive overhaul. One firefighter suffered a knee injury and was transported by MICU 91. Most Photos by Bob Barrett
