Restricted Public Access to Township Facilites

Old Lycoming Township is adhering to the health and safety guidelines from our Federal, State and County partners in taking precautions against COVID-19 and has restricted access to all Old Lycoming Township buildings immediately, effective March 17, 2020. All essential operations and staff, including police, fire department, sewer and key infrastructure will continue functioning. Township officials strongly encourage residents to utilize the phone numbers listed below for any non-emergency or business related issues. Furthermore, township officials and emergency services suggest residents follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommended precautions concerning COVID-19.
--Old Lycoming Township Municipal Office located at 1951 Green Avenue, Williamsport, PA. 17701. Residents can email, mail or utilize the drop box, located at the front of the police department entrance for correspondence. All other questions, concerns or business can be handled by telephone by calling the Old Lycoming Township Office at 570-322-6906 and following the prompts for the proper departments.
--Old Lycoming Township Police Department located at 1951 Green Avenue, Williamsport, PA. 17701. There have been no changes in police staffing. The police department continues to provide 24/7 service for essential and life threatening emergencies. Non-emergency issues can be handled by telephone by calling the Old Lycoming Township Police Department directly at 570-323-4987 or the Lycoming County Communications Center at 570-329-4060.
--Old Lycoming Township Fire Department located at 1600 Dewey Avenue, Williamsport, PA. 17701. There have been no changes in fire department responses. The fire department will continue to be staffed and limited access can be obtained by ringing the doorbell at the front of the building near the sign and flagpole. Anyone needing non-emergency assistance can contact the Lycoming County Communications Center at 570-329-4060.
--Lycoming County Central Processing Center, located at 1951 Green Avenue, Williamsport, PA. 17701. The processing center is closed until further notice.
